Saif Ali Khan needed to be shaped and cut to play Agent Vinod, a task that took him about eight weeks to achieve. He hates working his biceps and tries to make it to the gym five to six times a week, but admits at times to fall of the wagon. He does not care about massages when he is on holiday abroad. He prefers the kadak Indian style instead of the 'semi-sensual stroking' which passes out to massage in the West. Not a fan of steroids, or boosters, he would like to get his body without them. And finally he says, "If you have not worked for a while, your mind plays tricks and your body becomes lazy. Be consistent, do not expect results too quickly and make it part of your life."
